How are Glyphs made?
Glyphs are digitally knit using recyclable fibers and advanced robotics. The flatbed knitting machines we use allow for an upper that is incredibly sleek and light.
What is digital knitting?
Digital knitting is a process in which a knit pattern is created on a computer. The program is then used to instruct a flatbed knitting machine to knit the desired shoe pattern directly from a spool of yarn(s).
How do I wash my Glyphs?
Glyphs can be hand washed or machine washed.
If you choose to machine wash your Glyphs make sure to remove the insoles. Wash them in a cold cycle only. Any heat will cause the shoes to change shape.
To wash the insoles, clean them separately with cold water and mild detergent. Afterward, air dry the insoles overnight.
Can I wear my Glyphs without socks?
Yes! Glyphs are designed to be worn with or without socks. Our highly breathable upper is designed to be super comfortable either way.
Are Glyphs vegan?
Yes. Glyphs are made 100% free of animal products and are designed to replace leather shoes. The fibers we use do not contain animal byproducts such as wool.
Are Glyphs shoes water resistant?
Yes! You can wear Glyphs in mid to light rain without any issues.
How do your shoes fit?
Glyph loafers are knit to fit true to size. They are designed to mold around your foot - and become more comfortable with time and wear. You'll know they're a bit too tight if you can see joints in your toes, and it's best to exchange for the next size up in that scenario.
Do you offer half sizes?
Yes, some! See the sizing chart on our product page for more information.
What are your shipping charges?
We offer free standard shipping within the US on orders of $100 or more. Expedited shipping is also available and can be paid for at checkout.
When will I receive my Glyphs?
Standard shipping generally takes between 5 to 10 business days. Shipping to destinations outside of the US mainland (Alaska, Hawaii and or any other US territories) will take additional time. Pre-orders will ship when available.
What is the status of my order?
You can track the status of your order through your Glyph customer account. You will also get email updates from Glyph when your product has shipped.
Where do Glyphs ship? Do you ship internationally?
Glyphs currently ship only domestically in the United States.
What is your return policy?
You may return or exchange Glyphs in their original packaging and condition within 30 days of purchase. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS.
When I can expect my refund?
Refunds can take 2 to 3 weeks to process. Once they get back to our warehouse a refund will be processed within 14 days. You'll get an automatically generated email when the refund is complete.
